The panel that swings to open and close the doorway.
The door itself, as opposed to the frame around it, is called the slab or leaf. A slab can be solid, hollow, or, as in a panel door, built from a frame of stiles and rails holding thinner panels.
The slab hangs from hinges on one side and closes against the frame on the other.
