Composite window
A window built from extrusions of wood fiber mixed with plastic.
A composite window is extruded like vinyl, but from a blend of wood fiber and a plastic binder. The fiber makes it stiffer than vinyl and cuts how much it moves with temperature, and the plastic keeps it from rotting.
In section it looks like a vinyl window with fewer, thicker walls. It needs no paint, though some can take it.
